Jarek van Dijk is a graduate in Molecular Life Science from Radboud University, specializing in Data Science for Molecular Biology. Currently a Ph.D. candidate in Ritse Mann’s Breast Imaging group (BIG) at RadboudUMC, his research centers on the application of deep learning for breast imaging and screening.
Jarek's work within the Breast Imaging group involves reducing contrast agent usage in MRI, enhancing image quality from short MRI sequences, implementing deep learning-based image reconstruction, and creating synthetically enhanced MRI.
