Yaofei Duan

Yaofei Duan was born and raised in China. She received her master's degree from Macao Polytechnic University. In 2024, she began her PhD studies as a doctoral candidate under the supervision of Dr. Tao Tan and Dr. Ritse Mann.

Her research focuses on medical multimodal analysis and medical image generation, with particular interest in MRI, mammography, and ultrasound modalities. Her current research projects include multimodal prediction of breast tumor malignancy, editable fetal ultrasound image generation, active learning frameworks for pan-organ ultrasound analysis, and digital twin modeling for breast cancer patients.
