Zoia Laraib

 Zoia Laraib started her Ph.D. in Breast Imaging Group (BIG) in January 2024. She is working on the Screening and Future Enhanced MRI (SAFE-MRI) project. She did her bachelor's in electrical and computer engineering from Pakistan with thesis entitled, "GPU based GRAPPA reconstruction for parallel MRI". She later pursued her Master's in ICT for Smart Societies from Polytechnic University of Turin, Italy with a specialization in ICT for health. Her master's thesis was conducted at Maastricht Brain Imaging Center (MBIC), Netherlands focused on Optimization of 3D image reconstruction in fMRI. Her project will be focused on reducing the contrast administration in Breast MRI and application of deep learning in Breast Imaging.
